The 2026 EP Kairos course was conducted over 8 Saturdays, from 1 pm to 4 pm, from Feb to May, with a final graduation on 9 May, with 18 graduants in total. Most of the course’s learning was done through videos sharings by experienced practitioners, and supplemented with group discussions and even experiential learning.

One of the participants was an experienced missionary from a non-EP church, who was attending Kairos for the first time. She came along with a few members from her church’s missions committee, as they were exploring if this course was suitable for missions awareness/equipping for her church.
She noted that, though some parts of the course may be more theologically challenging to the lay person, it is comprehensive, well-organized, the videos are great, and the homework is not intense.
Though she has attended many such courses on missions before, there were many parts of the course that she found impactful. One example was a video about mobilizing people to spend more time in prayer; she noted that if we look at the current statistics and what needs to be done in fulfilling the Great Commission, we will realize that no human effort can achieve it, and we need divine enablement.

She stated that her group fedback to her that they all gained value from the course. Furthermore, she was encouraged by this display of inter-church and inter-denomination unity, which is how it is like in the mission field - as participants from various churches, even non-EP ones, encouraged one another in the faith, and shared one heart for God’s mission. As such, she hopes to encourage her members to attend Kairos in the future.
Great job to English Presbytery Mission Comm (EPMC) for organizing this course, and equipping God's people for His works of service.
